Full Service Property Management
JV Property Management & Brokerage, Inc. is a full service property management company in the Greater Los Angeles Area, and licensed by the Department of Real Estate. We manage single family estates, multi-family properties, homeowners associations, and commercial strip centers. We have a full time property management crew with decades of experience, including in house repairs and maintenance with a full time contractor and multiple handymen on staff.

JV Property Management & Brokerage, Inc. uses state of the art, secure web based accounting software for owner financial reports and statements, as well as tenant statements and repair requests and other communications. We also have strong affiliates in the construction and legal fields, and are extremely skilled in the legal eviction process.
 
 
Competitive Rates
Our management fees are extremely affordable in the industry. You won't ever see a charge on our monthly statements that you don't understand and can't justify, and our management contracts are extremely clear and straightforward. Our in house repairs and maintenance team also charges very reasonable rates.
 

Latest Technology
We have a state of the art accounting system that is web based. Landlords can log into the LANDLORD PORTAL and generate detailed profit and loss statements, while tenants can make online payments, view tenant statements, and submit maintenance requests. Furthermore, rent collections are updated daily, and all maintenance requests and other electronic correspondences are answered within a couple hours of receipt.
 

Rent Collections
We are extremely diligent in our rent collections, including assigning late fees and posting notices the day after rents are due. We are also extremely skilled with the legal eviction process for delinquent tenants. Furthermore, we refer delinquent tenants to collection agencies, which includes reporting delinquent rents to credit bureaus.
 

Advertising Vacancies
Vacancies are aggressively marketed through multiple platforms, including electronic and print medias. We also use yard signs and banners with our direct number, and featuring links to our website, where potential tenants can view additional information and request appointments. Our field operation team is generally available for same day vacancy showings, assuming we receive the call as late as 3:00 PM. We accept Section 8 and County vouchers along with nonprofit cooperation to provide housing to everyone that qualifies. 
 

Tenant Screening
Our team examines every applicant thoroughly, including a detailed credit check from multiple credit bureaus and an eviction search. Furthermore, we check employment using publically listed information, as well as references. We require at least two forms of identification, including a driver's license and social security card. Upon request and applicant approval, we can also check criminal backgrounds.
